Tires must be unused and unmounted and must be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund, subject to certain conditions. Important: When you submit a warranty claim, your tires need to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection and will not be returned even if the claim is denied.
Who Covers the Warranty?Tire warranties are exclusively provided by the tire manufacturer and determines if a warranty claim is accepted or denied. Lowe's does not provide tire warranties.

What's Covered Under the Warranty?Tire warranties typically cover manufacturer defects and tread life mileage. Some manufacturers may also offer road hazard warranties, which cover damage caused by potholes, nails, or debris.How Long Are My Tires Covered?Tire manufacturer warranties may vary by brand and model and may have coverage up to six years from the date of purchase or until the tire tread is worn down to 2/32 of an inch, whichever comes first. The warranty may cover mileage up to 80,000 miles and generally expires when the tread is worn down to 2/32 inches. Please refer to the tire warranty before purchase for important specific coverage details.What's Not Covered Under Warranty?Issues such as accidents, misuse, improper tire maintenance, vehicle condition, or vandalism may not be covered. • Your Low's Tires order confirmation email (required).• Photos of the defect or damage, such as bubble, cracks, tears, nails or punctures (optional).• Details and receipts for any repairs or services completed on your vehicle (optional).• If you have already replaced the tires, please include the receipt for the installation of the new tires (optional).
Once you have collected the above information, please complete the Tire Inspection Form to start a new warranty claim.
